Refunds/exchanges: We pride ourselves on being easy to work and purchase from and hope you love wearing your new jewelry as much as we loved making it. If you're unhappy for any reason you may return your purchase (as long as your item is in new condition) within 7 days for a full credit minus the shipping costs. Just give us a call so we know to expect your turn.
Delivery: Items in stock will ship within three days of order unless we contact you. We're happy to accommodate custom requests if we can. Please e-mail us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Shipping Method: We ship USPS Express Mail throughout the US on orders over $500.00. All other orders will be sent Priority Mail. Overseas shipments are shipped USPS Global Express Guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping Charges: We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for pkgs weighing up to 10lbs, and $10 for pkgs weighing over 10 lbs. This amount includes the cost of insuring fine jewelry against any loss and/or damages from us to the recipient.
